Function: Making all kinds of wood sawdust into wood pellet.

Raw material: Raw materials which are hard to be bonded and shaped such as like husks (rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell etc), Wood scraps( branches, trunks, barks, sawdust etc) , crop straw, eucalyptus, palm thread, coffee husks, cocoa husks etc

Pellet size: 6mm, 8mm or 10mm

1).Q:How did you define your model as 560/760/850?
    A: The SZLH series 560/580/850 is defined according to the main parts mold's size.
    for example, 560, the mold's diameter is  560mm. 

2).Q: What's the suitable moisture of material that to be granulated?
    A:The moisture should be controlled under 20%, and in the range of 12%-16%.
 
3). Q: How long is your warranty??
     A: One Year warranty for the machine, do not include the wearing parts,  the main wearing   part is the ring  die, the lifetime is 800-1000hours for 2 layers, customer's  feedback can use 1200hours

4). Q: Will you send engineers to install the plant?
     A: Yes, overseas engineer service is available when needed.
5). Q:What kind of raw material can be used to press pellets? what is the requirement?

     A: Raw material: hard and soft wood, agricultural straw, EFB fiber, rice husk, peanut shell etc.
     the size should be about 5-8mm, moisture should be between12-16%. Otherwise,
      it need other related equipment to crush and dry your raw material. To ensure the raw    material can    press  smoothly.
